Introduction The main purpose of this research is to create a link between Organizational Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility. The Organization Culture and the Corporate Social Responsibility affair is a subject every business talks about and I have done my research on Google analysing and finding the correlation between Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Culture.
